  • The City of Waco and the Waco Chamber of Commerce for their hospitality and friendly welcome. Heart of Texas – Waco Convention & Visitor’s Bureau for their assistance in planning and providing the convention center facilities, maps and local restaurant guides
  • The Heart of Texas-Waco Convention Center staff for their kind direction and assistance with the planning details over this past year
  • Jason Wilson and Scott Smith of B & L Sound Services for their technical planning and coordination of lighting, sound and image projection support and providing streaming services of main sessions

  • Volunteer staff of Baylor, Scott & White – Waco, coordinated by Dusti Everett, who has graciously donated their time to assist us in the first aid area
  • San Marcos Baptist Academy, under the direction of Eric Casillias for providing select senior students to serve as Pages to assist the officers and messengers in the business sessions
  • Local Arrangements Team, who have assisted and given direction with the countless number of local volunteers that have served as ushers, greeters and registration workers
