- Volunteer staff of Baylor, Scott & White – Waco, coordinated by Dusti Everett, who has graciously donated their time to assist us in the first aid area
- San Marcos Baptist Academy, under the direction of Eric Casillias for providing select senior students to serve as Pages to assist the officers and messengers in the business sessions
- Local Arrangements Team, who have assisted and given direction with the countless number of local volunteers that have served as ushers, greeters and registration workers
- Baptist institutions and churches who provide technical and news staff support
